Two new variations of Snowcap were added today! Whoohoo! You can obtain these from breeding, capture, or reroll. (The Snowcap reroll bug has been fixed.) Here are some examples.

AAs can´t come in any appaloosa pattern.

Only KNN, SH,, ISH and PON can - and they need the right genetics for Snowcaps or Fewspots.

If the horse has the genetics for snowcap then yes it can be rerolled into one. I believe it is a patn1

No, AA cannot have appaloosa. Only knn, ish, sh, and pon.

Horses need to have LpLp Patn1 to be either snowcap or Fewspot.

I tried some time nor, but they seem to be hard to get - I used tons of rerolls and always got fewspots... and then I bred this pretty girl:
