i didnt anwser
so they texted me
and i still didnt anwser
they called again and left a voicemail looking for travis so i figured i would text them back and let them know its a wrong number, they proceed to ask me if i was at an address with some dude named lanny, i tell them no, they proceed to then ask me if i can give them a ride to another city 4 hours away for 240$.... who asks this of some person they only texted because of a wrong number

Hello my lovely peeps! 🐥 I have a double ear infection and Im miserable 🥲 Was wondering if you had any tips? Im currently taking antibiotics and a nasal spray prescribed by a doctor. I havent had an ear infection since I was a baby so no idea if I need to be doing anything else but I feel like crap 🫤

massaging behind/under your ears kinda hurts at first but then it feels SO much better

put oconut oil in your ear. it makes a huge diffrence. also you can put a damp cloth in a glass cup/ mug and heat in micorwave for 1-2 minuts then put cup around ear firmly. the steam feels amazing.

Definitely a warm compress over the ears not too much you can do now since you're on antibiotic. Hopefully that'll flush it out pretty quick!

Update : Still have the ear infection. Antibiotics didnt work and Im all out of steroids and still have it 😅 Guess round 3 of getting looked at this week 😭

Also look up 'TMJ physio' on the internet. These are physio exercises for the jaw, when it clicks and gets stuck horribly. I found these exercises wonderful and also released tension in and around the ears.
Peppermint tea can release the sinuses which might be swollen or blocked.
