It is a little annoying but I was able to do all mine in 3-4 days, you can go back to the main explore page once they spook to switch horses for the rest of the moves

Skipped "Geld 400," completed the new quest which was "Post a CLassified Ad," and got the geld 400 right back. It makes NO sense.

Same! I skipped "breed a premium brindle" and then I got the quest to visit the tack shop so I did that and now the quest is back?!

I don't know if I'd say a bug since this would happen before the skip option was ever available. I'd finish a quest complete one or two and get the same quest again shortly after
