He is a Schoolmaster in Dressage. Once a horse hits level 10, they can no longer be shown in that discipline.
He can help train your riders in it though

One thing I've learned traveling is don't stop at all to give him water. He'll be fine, and won't refuse the local water once you get there. We've gone on 6-8 hour trips doing this and it works. Be safe!
