You have to go onto your stable page, and there should be a drop down menu under your photo that says "mailbox". Press on it, and go to "assign avatar" and click submit. At the bottom of the page it will say "add a banner". From there, you just put in the image address to your banner and click submit. Just make sure the banner has the correct dimensions! If you need any further help, feel free to contact me through pm :)
