What about something with bright crystals - like in a cavern or something. It could be bright from the refractions of the large crystals.
Although the water refraction wouldn't work with the shadows under the horse.

Some of my first manips!

This was a commission, and I'm actually still quite pleased with how it turned out.The background and body prep are quite nice. The hair has loads more detail but I feel it looks a bit awkward, I should have paid more attention to how the hair would lie on the horse as it was flying. As for the wings, I definitely could have attached them better, but it still looks ok. Overall, I give it a 5/10
