Im going to search the dog one also lol. We live in the country and even with preventative measures they are so bad 🥴

I know that one works because one day I was helping them wash dogs and there was a dog infested with fleas. The dog one of that killed them all instantly

Yeah I have noticed there isnt much of a selection when they are that little. I will definitely write that down though when she is old enough

03:42:21 [1k+ brindles] Angel
Oh dang not old enough yet
There is a brand that works really really good that we sell at my work. Its called Wondercide flea and tick but it is for 4 months and older

She would be around 12 weeks

How old is she?
MakeEm Fancy
03:38:35 Ally 💜
I will definitely try what im using for the dogs on her and see if that makes a difference! Thank you
MakeEm Fancy
03:37:41 Ally 💜
Oh cool! I have noticed that when she is dry after her bath we still have fleas so its rather annoying
Angels angels
03:37:39 [1k+ brindles] Angel
And if you are watering it down and it isn't working it is safe to put the dawn directly on her
MakeEm Fancy
03:37:07 Ally 💜
Yes we are :) and all our animals are treated besides her.
Angels angels
03:37:04 [1k+ brindles] Angel
Vinegar is safe for kittens too
Angels angels
03:36:24 [1k+ brindles] Angel
Are you treating everything the kitten is in contact with? It will kill all the fleas on them but if there are fleas in the environment they will just go back on them
MakeEm Fancy
03:35:46 Ally 💜
I wouldnt put the dog shampoo on her of course lol
MakeEm Fancy
03:35:19 Ally 💜
I have been using that and for some reason it just isnt working for the kitten 🥲 we use dawn dish soap, vinegar, water and dog shampoo for our dogs but not sure if that would be safe for a 2lb kitten

For the mounting block, I'd suggest working him in small circles on the ground at a fast walk/trot away from the block, and then let him rest AT the block. That way, he'll associate the block with resting. When he takes a step, make him work again, then lead him back to the block to rest. This method has worked for me so many times. :) hope it helps!
As for trainers, I like Rick Wheat. I've been breaking/fixing horses for a year or 2 now, and love his method. He can take 99.9999 percent of horses you throw at him that're crazy, buck, bite, rear, kick, or just need a little polishing up, and make 'em look amazing. He is a western rider, and you can find some videos of him on Youtube, I believe.
I don't much care for Clinton or Pat, as they seem a bit focused on selling you things/too much groundwork for my liking. Eh, just my opinion, don't jump at my throat for it.
Have a nice day, and good luck with Rio!! <33

Dim’s mounting block advice is spot on! I definitely second it. I have done the exact same thing with stellar results and it is very easy for the horse to understand.

Thanks, Bristol! <33 I use the same methodology for a hard-to-load horse.
