I would say Tier 3. Pricing from 2k- 10k. Depends on complexity, and cuts, etc. Are you looking for critiques as well? I don't want to be annoying and critique things that aren't meant to be critiqued lmao.

The only reason I would say start at very low prices is because I think your manes/tails need work, smudging needs work, and horse shape needs work :)

Definitely, I would suggest working on your body prep. It looks like you took a large, heavy smudge tool to the whole body of the horse and maybe even the mane and tail.
