Hello HEE friends (and strangers :p)!

I am wishing for either an upgrade (I don't care if it's a 3 month or a 1 month or even a 6 month) so that I can rate all my foals a lot more quickly (and so that I can equip a banner and have a palette XD), or at least a 50 stall barn or 50 acre pasture to finish sorting my horses and continue my growing training project and gelding army.
