bravery leaderboard question

I was just curious, what causes a horse to move up or down in ranking for the bravery leaderboard? Is it how much they are trained, or hiw often they explore? Does breeding have anything to do with it? (As in how many well rated foals the horse produces) I know it probably helps to have a horse that is rated P+ for bravery.

Training and exploring have nothing to do with the leaderbard placing. It's determined by the horse own strenght (75%) and the foals strength (25%)
