Sunni,
For sure. But the idea of someone sedating a kid to make them take the needle is outlandish. Never heard of it lol

Versa a fear of needles is pretty common.

I was HORRIFIED of shots when I was a kid. Like, crying, shaking, stressed, pacing, and overall a wreck. Never once did they ever mention doing that to me. Orally or otherwise
Down South Stud

As a stud colt anyway
Purnima

Sounds good, thank you!
Down South Stud

Id keep him and watch his training first alex
Hummingbird Meadows

I doubt they would even prescribe something to take orally.
Snitches' Stitches
10:20:45 Snitch
Star
That's really a doctor question, but probably not unless it's for life saving measures. Might just give the kid a chill pill like trazadone or something before the appointment
Hummingbird Meadows
10:19:48 Bird
@Star, I don't think they would ever do that. Sedation is typically given with an IV anyways.
Snitches' Stitches

Alex
If you're not planning on breeding him, then gelding would be best for his training
Purnima

Hmmm nice try lol

Hey guys I have a question; Is it legal for a doctor to sedate a child under 18 with parental consent so that the child can take a shot?
Purnima

So my question is if I don’t plan on using him for breeding because of the P should I just geld him?
Hummingbird Meadows
10:09:48 Bird
He's getting more confident out there though. He gets excited about chasing the bugs.
Hummingbird Meadows
10:07:29 Bird
@Artic, the sun set so it was cool enough for us to go out for 30 minutes. It was getting dark so I picked him up and brought him inside.

Glacier Bay Cove
10:05:09 Arctic Katz
Is it raining there, Hummer, or did the sun set
Hummingbird Meadows
10:04:10 Bird
Poor Finley is crying because I made him come inside.

Breeze~

Looks great!
I'm not great at nitpicking so there's not much of thwt

However, on the white socks they really lack shadows and detail, try working on that by looking at some high quality horse stock for examples

The horse itself needs more work to match the lighting, try adding a ligjt galo near the back

Ah, thank you!

I tried to fiddle with the front socks a bit, but I couldn't get them to seem very natural. The stock horse had on boots, so that's probably the reason.

I'll try adding a halo and see if that helps :)
Thank you for the help!

I love that so much! If I were to be picky about anything, and it was hard for me to find much, I'd say the tail looks a little stringy. Maybe use a smaller brush when it comes to the ends to make it wispier?

The hooves seem to almost disappear into nothing... Maybe add some grass or dirt? I dunno, it just looks like it's missing part of its hooves.

Other than that, I love it! Great composition overall, and I love how the horse is positioned!

What program do you use??

Thank you very much, I really struggled with hair in this peice so that's most likely why lol. With the hoof issues it's because my application loses quality, it was originally grass but turned to a blur effect

I use ibis paint X
