When I go into the switch accounts page and go to add my account I put in the password and the stable name but it will freeze and won't add it and I have tried multiple times. I only have 2 accounts on there so that shouldn't be a problem

edit i changed my stable name so it didn't have this ' and now it works it did it right away thank you for all your help

Did it work after you changed your stable name? If not, which brand of device and browser are you using?
