We just hollow out a hot dog half way and squirt the medicine in, and replug with the leftover hotdog piece. I don't like hotdogs so I don't mind the spoiling since she would otherwise be tormented by having someone hold her still lol

I personally feel I've gotten quite a bit better at art despite using GIMP. I recently started paying for Photoshop but it will be a while before I start any pieces with it. Now, I'm looking for some tips on my current style to make it better than before :) All I ask is that you're an experienced artist.
