How do you all feel about this. I'm new to graphics tablets and at the moment I don't have much to spend. But this seems like a great start.

GIMP is a decent free program you can use too, not sure what you're using now |

Ive heard it's a good brand, though ive never used it. I have the least expensive Wacom in small and love it. <3 I bought it refurbished. :D |
