Cannot use Schoolmasters

I either can see the drop down menu to choose the schoolmaster horse but the drop down menu for riders is blank, even though none of my riders have used a schoolmaster for the week, or if I can see riders, I choose one, click train and get this error code: Fatal error: Cannot break/continue 1 level in /home/horseede/public_html/training.php on line 829
