Thought Id give you an explanation to my rating:

For me, I like everything to match and have a nice flow, in your palette, nothing matched. Fonts, colors, gradients and there were a few nice colors but also some very bright colors that just didn't go. The Papeete didn't have a nice flow from one thing to the next, but some of the coding you have on there is awesome!
