I'm on the fence on this topic. Bravery testing take a little bit longer but not so much. But it's TOO easy now for 100% trained horses to have a clean run. I haven't get a spook on my 100% trained W horses since the update. Good way to get maps so I'm not complaining but it defeats the purpose of the leaderboard... I just wanna add, since we talk about bravery... could we please have an update on the breeding part. T_T You may have seen it but I got a S rated filly from the #2 ABLB stallion and #1 ABLB mare + bravery medallion. I didn't breed for almost 2 weeks after that result, I was so frustrated. Bravery breeding is almost impossible to predict and we can't have an idea how a mare will perform because we don't have training bars like in the other disciplines. It takes a whole month before we see our result and it's so time consuming, I feel like we deserve some love. :(

I do like RMPs idea of paying 'a trainer' to determine the 2 yr olds bravery. Keep the current method too, which is free. Then barns can decide which method to use depending on time saved or finances.

Rocky Mtn Paints said: I really like the change as my 100% trained WC mare very rarely spooks now and I feel that's much more realistic/worth the investment of time and ebs. I didn't have any issue rating a round of wilds this week, I had a WC and a couple Elites and the time for them to spook was reasonable. But I rate like 10-15 over a couple days, so I don't deal with mass numbers. For bred foals, I think maybe just separate it from Explore entirely? Maybe something with the round pen, you can pay a trainer or something to take the horse out on a ride and rate its bravery? You'd pay them a fee like the Breed Approvals. Then Explore is its own thing and the mechanics don't have to try to cater to both people who need to rate horses and those just out for a ride/rewards.
This or 0% trained horses should spook even easier (and like someone said, maybe get more spook events)
