What art program should i use if i want to do adoptables or T4 Art?

I like Ibis Paint X, it's free and easy to use.

I use ibispaint for my art, but it seems like it would be wonderful for adopts!!!

I use Sketchbook. I can't pay for apps on my tablet, so the free stuff works for me. I have used Ibis paint for banners since Sketchbook doesn't make the banner size

I love Procreate! I believe it's $15 though, but it's definitely worth it!

I use Pixlr, it's not as good as the ones above but it is free and online!

Seems like Ibis paint is the most popular, I'll try it and see how it works. Thanks everyone!
