There was a petition to allow to mark horses (like activate something) so that this horse is "locked" and cannot be sold, FR or put up for breeding. You have to unlock, do what you want, and can re-lock to be safe this horse doesn't get into the mix when you mass-FR, mass-sell or something.

Hi - is anyone willing to help me remove the brown bar where the navbar used to be and help me get the tabs in front of the page (instead of going behind the page) pretty please?
