But they aren't. The just moderate the chat and forums to prevent rule breaking. There are plenty of mods who also struggle but you can tell by their barns that they work very hard to show and have played for many years

That's your fault, stop spending ebs on horses that aren't good. Sell all but 1 barn and invest ebs in good horses and geldings.
