First ER thought I was making stuff up and basically said that I needed to make an appointment with my pcp not come to an ER since "its not urgent." πŸ™„ basically blowing me off for having chest pains and my ears hurting and literally feeling like they are on fire

Looks better than my first go, that's for sure.
My comment would be to make the hair more detailed - add individual strands and clumps. Perhaps focus on making the nose more distinguishable from the rest of the neck as it kinda meshes together.
Overall nicely done
