Dulcie, I do believe silver only affects the color for black based coats, but I could be wrong.

Dulcie, yes you are right chestnut bases hide silver. I think I recall something about double creme hiding it as well, but I'm very unsure if that's right or not

Capital letters mean the gene is present
There are 2 colors that need an absence of the gene
Red (ee) means no black is present
Pearl (pp) think of pearl as toner

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure ZZ is no silver and zz is homo silver.
My memory is iffy though so don't quote me haha

Silver (Zz/ZZ) only shows on black base coats (Ee/EE) correct?
CWY country

Zz or ZZ means the horse has silver. zz means the horse doesn't have silver. Hope that makes a little more sense.
Golden Rose
11:48:02 Rose
Zz means the horse is carrying one copy of silver. One copy means the horse has a chance of passing silver onto their offspring. If the horse is ZZ, then it carries two copies and every foal they throw is guaranteed to be silver
CWY country
11:39:51 C
Fanta, it means that the horse is silver or if it isn't showing, its hiding silver.

In a genetic test, what does Zz for silver mean?

How do you resize an image clearly for Horse Eden? I keep getting blurry images after trying to resize, and I'm desperate for this to stop happening!
I'd love advice! Thanks!

What' been working for me is starting off at 1000x1000. I smart sharpen BEFORE and after horse prep. Once done and before credits, I resize to 500x500. Potentially sharpen again. Add credits. Then save for web. :)

I found starting at 1000 then going to 500 incredibly helpful.

Thanks for the reply Jello! I should try doing that. I think one of my problems is flattening images. It seems to make them larger in file size which is likely a big part of it.

Alright, so I tried that method and ended up with a massive image again.

What should I do to resize it clearly? I tried saving for web, but ended up with a nasty blurry image Dx

OK so first what I do is a take and I crop out what I want in the image so like the horse and her shadow and a tree. Then I resize it.

But how do you resize it?

Exactly.
Cropping is a different thing from resizing.

Crop what you want in the picture then resize here (don't forget to save your image!)

Image size is not the problem. It's the file size.

Then make sure it's JPG.
