I don't mind the inbreeding in game, I just love playing with statistics and genetics and comparing the breeds/disciplines. Like, the quest babies are heavily inbred because I want the homo genes

Why did Plain Bay get removed and why can't we breed it? I mean this game is supposed to be RL based so....????

We had plain bay for a very long time.
Then the blood bay was introduced and later the two variations light bay and mahogany bay were addd to the game.

There are so many bay color variations available, no matter how it is called ;)
