Kai smiled, finishing packing her clothes, making sure she had everything she needed.

Camery finished up fairly quickly, and got changed into something more comfortable to travel in. She glanced back at her wings, pouting softly in thought. Maybe it would be better to hide them... somehow. It would upset her father, and that wasn't what she was going for.

Kai noticed her glance at her wings. "Do you want me to take them away?"

Camery sighed softly after a moment, sort of flexing her wings before nodding carefully. "Do you mind? I love them but I don't think it's a good idea to go over there with them," she breathed softly.

Kai nodded, "Yeah, that's probably a good idea," he smiled gently. He flicked his hand and her wings faded away into thin air.

Cam jumped the moment she felt the weight of the wings disappear, and her eyes widened lightly as she looked at him. Well, that was... odd. She'd grown used to how they felt, and it sort of felt like she had ghost limbs now. She sighed and sort of moved to wrap her arms around him, leaning up to peck his cheek. "I won't be long. No more than three days max," she promised.

Kai hugged her tight and nodded. "Okay.." he whispered. "Ill be here," he murmured.

Cam hummed softly, brawing in a deep breath of his scent before pulling away with a bit of a smile. "You're coming with me to the border?" She asked quietly.

Kai smiled softly and nodded. "Of course," he smiled. "One more thing..." he said, going over to the closet. He took out a handkerchief hed put in his suit pocket and took his cologne and sprayed it onto the fabric a few times. He smiled and handed the cloth to her. "I know how much you like it,"

Camery watched him curiously for a moment, although when he handed her the cloth she just grinned dumbly at him as she breathed in the scent. "I love it," she hummed, her eyes light. She leaned up to peck his cheek before going to grab her bags, humming a soft tune as she waited for him.
