It was from a few years ago when a game aspect was giving out a ton of high value items. A rule was put into place that stopped players from earning free high value items and turning around and selling them for large amounts of money

It's probably because those maps were from quests. Quest items can't be donated to Hidden Falls/sold in shops/gifted

You have to look in stock then cut out the horse. There is plenty of grullo horses on DA.
