| They say phones have blue light or something and also overstimulated overstimulated brain before bed. But its so hard to put it down. I do love reading before bed, I think it helps |

| Cove I know, but it works. She will lick my face for a solid 30 minutes then cuddle on my left arm. |

| Cove reading a book wouldn't haha, I've tried so many different meds. They even try to Ambien at one point and it didn't nothing. XD I'm taking mirtazapine now and it does provide some relief. I'll get at least 3 hours or if am really lucky 6. |

| Cove, I normally do. It can take me hours to fall asleep if I can. When kitty cuddles me she normally licks me until I fall asleep. I know that sounds weird but it calms me. |
