Following the inspiration of Whizbar eventing, and the Fairy Godmother, each RO I will randomly pick a brand new account and send them some Ebs, or a prize to help them get started here on HEE, if they have under 25 horses, and if they are a stable under 10 months old. In order to keep this account from being wiped out, I will draw on the resources of my other two accounts from time to time.
