It is a little annoying but I was able to do all mine in 3-4 days, you can go back to the main explore page once they spook to switch horses for the rest of the moves

I had this, too.

I clicked the links to 2 of my horses and I got the same message, but then I clicked the link on another one of my horses and saw the list of watchers?

I could only see the people watching my AA's but the ISH seemed to have an issue.
