Can one be only a stable hand and have a horse or does one need to have a rider as well? I always play a rider so I just want to be a stable hand who has a horse lol

The ones currently allowed to ride and compete with their own horses are the riders, riding instructors, and stable hands. I hope I explained that well ^~^'

anyone else actually create their rp horses instead of using HEE images?

Personally I don't really care if people only use their HEE images or be descriptive or they use their own art with proper crediting but hotlinks or stock photos I don't allow since I don't want my forums locked.

yeah i know, i did a free hand lineart sorta thing, but i just didnt know if i was the only one that created stuff
