There are plenty of free art programs! Krita, GIMP, Ibis Paint X, SumoPaint to name a few :3

I know Eps uses Krita(and so do I), which is free, but has the same stuff as PS.

I use Procreate which is $15 I believe, but I THINK Zomb and a few others use Ibis paint (free version)!
