Kai watched her after he put the plate down, just adoring her every curve and freckle. "God, I love you"

Lorelei smiled and blushed. "I love you too," she replied, continuing to eat her breakfast.

"Is it good?" He asked softly

"Wonderful," she smiled. "Are you gonna eat?" She asked.

"Maybe...My arm's bpthering me a bit but it's fine..." He said, adjusting as a flare of pain shot up his arm. It was swollen slightly, very bruised, and a little gruesome looking

Lorelei, now very concerned, got up, going over to him, "Babes, you know you need to clean this more often," she said, examining his wound, dragging him over to the bathroom and cleaning it.

"I'm fine" He said, admittedly becoming dizzy

"Kai, youre not okay," she said worriedly. Slowly she lead him back to the bed, laying him down. "Rest," she told him, cleaning his wound on his arm.

"No, baby what if something happens? What if you need me? I can't rest unless you're resting with me."

"Then I'll rest with you, just gimme a minute," she replied, finishing up cleaning the would before making him swallow some pain meds and antibiotics to help keep infection away. She settled down with him, curling up by his good side with a book in hand.
