yup! usually blue eyes are seen when there's pink skin/white pigment around them, though not always. Sometimes a white pattern that doesn't go over the eyes still causes them to be blue

Update for everyone still waiting for orders:

Y'all I am SO SORRY for the wait! I've had a lot of issues over the past week because my computer doesnt support a lot of PS's latest update, so my computer is going to the doctor this morning to try to fix it (aka the tech guy).

Hopefully this should be fixed today so I can get back to making beautiful arts for you guys!
