Can you explain a bit more? Are you saying links to new mail aren't showing up or when you click on the link for the new mail, it doesn't load below.

Do you mean:

1) There is no icon on the top of the screen when you have new mail.

2) When you click on the icon, there is no unread mail in your mailbox?
