I have always grown hay to feed my horses and previously I have had to use fertiliser on my field to bring the quality up to 20. For the last few years I have not had to use fertiliser and the quality has reached 20 without any help. Is this a bug?

Its not a bug. A lush grass field will get to the 20 quality in 10 days with daily rain from rain dances
