| You can, but better is 1-10 at the least, first 3 weeks you won’t see anything unless they are only training a single discipline |

Usually around week 10 Usually I’ll track all weeks from 4 till 15 it narrows down any weak points, they don’t all show themselves at once, don’t miss one or you’ll second guess whether you forgot or there was no change |
