Welcome to our FOTY 186
(Foal of The Year) Contest!

The fillies and colts have been vetted, fawned over, and pastured.
Now is the time for the rest of us to choose our favorite!

The Rules (PLEASE read these have been updated/changed)
1. All entries must be in before January 31 midnight HEE time and then a voting page will be set up to choose the winner. The voting poll will end at 4 pm HEE time on February 9th. Winners will be announced & prizes sent before February 16th (in case of a tie a random generator will be used)
2. Entries must start with some type of description (example 'This is my favorite foal of year 186 because...")
3. All Entries must include the foal's name.
4.All Entries must provide a link to the foal, and a pic of the foal for others to view (if you have trouble with either post the foal's name & offical number)
5. Foals must be living and owned by you the entire contest.
6. You must be the breeder of the foal entered.
7. Only foals born in HEE year 186 are eligible
8. No manipulations may be entered in this contest.
No tack or dΓ©cor is necessary (unless otherwise stated)
We want to judge your foal based on it's looks, it's strengths, whatever it is that made you pick this one as your favorite!
