| Correct me if I'm wrong but will the change not just be the threshold for P to narrow slightly, meaning horses with x numerical value of any skill will still have that same value, it'll just be labeled slightly differently? Like how after the W rating was introduced, some horses with an E rating were bumped up to W? (though I know this won't affect existing horses in the way that did) |
