quests not completing

I have had these quest since last night and since lastnight they have remained at 4/5 completion. ive entered what shouldve been the final horse into clinics and ive gone 2 full rides with no spooks so far today. I could skip them but then i wont be able to skip quests i really cant do. I will try again and update once another clinic is up and my explore timer is gone.

UPDATE: clinic one was completed still trying for brave runs.
