@someday, I live at home with my mom and are renters, but I think we deserve our deposit back when we move out. The previous renters didn't clean the carpets even though they were supposed to, left a bunch of junk in the garage, and we're three weeks late moving out.

oh I know nowadays the cost is horrible! We were just two gals trying to make bills

I think the rental company is just trying to keep my entire deposit and padding the bill. I called the same company that did the cleaning and was quoted $50/hour for a move out deep clean of the same size house.

@PK, i've no doubt it is very hard work. I can understand the reason for having two people there as it helps keep the workers accountable. I am just surprised it cost that much.

Bird having cleaned houses once upon a time, we went in pairs for mostly safety reasons.

@Someday, that is crazy! I too have had the thought that I am in the wrong line of work if they can charge that much.

Bird, we were just charged $1,300 for a move out deep clean by the rental company we were leasing from. I have disputed it, because holy cow! I am in the wrong line of work if that is the price for cleaning a 3 bedroom house for 3 hours. I happen to know it took them 3 hours because I bought the house across the street and was home when they were there. I dont think the rental company realizes I could see the whole thing.

I can clean my house by myself in 2 1/2 hours, but these companies are saying it takes two people the same amount time.

@Angels, since you have both a big and small enclosure I don't think trying the bigger one would hurt since you can always put them back in the smaller one. Whereas when I had a reptile I didn't want to worry about buying a whole other enclosure.

Okay I may start getting more supplies for it then. I have had bad experiences with putting baby reptiles in too big of an enclosure and they can't find their food, then I have to downgrade them so they do well

I have an empty 20 gallon long tank and I am debating putting my baby leo in it. Right now he is in a platic bin cage that is about the size of a 10 gallon just not as tall. I am always worried about putting baby reptiles in too big of a cage. Online it says a baby is supposed to go in a 20 gallon but I don't know. thoughts?

My future is literally relying on them and this all happened yesterday and yesterday was supposed to be my break from stress since I have less than 7 days until I move from Australia back to America and I didnt get that because I was busy trying to contact these people and worrying about what i am going to do if I dont get these documents

I am going for a major in biology since I already have a minor in it from a different college and I can't continue my 2 year major in human bio since the new college I am attending doesn't offer it. With my major, I am going for my doctorites in medicine and will eventually become an orthepedic or neuro surgeon. Though, with my major in bio, I can go in many different directions so I may just become a vet or marine biologist instead. I have always wanted to be a doctor(surgeon specifically) and so I am chasing that dream.

Oo nice capture! Hopefully she will do well for you!

Also, I was unable to sell my horses off which is really dissapointing. No one bid on any of them so I am still trying to sell them though, the WSSub horse is now a gelding and I have him in dressage. Hopefully he will do well as a gelding.
