A doctor came and looked at Caleb's bruise "how long ago did this happen?" The doc asked "around two weeks ago" Caleb replied. The doctor kept examining him and asked who he could talk to in regards of Caleb "Taylor brown's grand parent. They should be with Taylor brown" Caleb said. The doctor left Caleb in the room and went to see Taylor's grandparents (is the grandparents last name brown's also?) |

( No, their last name is Hart. Bc Taylors mom's maiden name was Hart ) Taylor Browns - Taylor was still unconcious when her grandparents arrived at her room. "Oh, Taylor..." her grandma cooed and stood over her, sweeping her hair behind her ear. This was also when Nick arrived. Nick walked into the hospital, and when straight to the receptionist. "Hi, I'm Nick Browns, Taylors brother, what room is she in?" he asked politely, but in a rush. "506, she just got out of surgery, so shes still unconcious, but she should wake within the next half hour." she responded. "Thank you" Nick said quickly and dashed up to her room, just getting there when Calebs doctor entered as well. |

Caleb's doctor looked at the room full of people "me and mrs hart can I talk to you for a moment" the doctor asked politely before stepping outside. |

Taylor Browns - Taylors grandparent greeted Nick with hugs and kisses, before the doctor spoke. "...sure" grandpa answered, concerned, their expressions both concerned and confused. They both took one more glance at Taylor before they exited the room out into the hall. "Whats going on?" grandma quesitoned. |

"It's about Caleb. He said you were the ones to talk to in regards to him" doctor stan said. "He's got an abnormal amount of bruising on his torso and we'd like to run some tests and scans to find out what's wrong." |

Taylor Browns - Taylors grandparents exchanged a glance. "Well, shit. Now we have two sick kids." grandpa grimaced. Yes, technically Caleb wasn't related to them, but the grandparents treated all the kids and young adults on the farm as if they were their kids. "Well, do the tests and scans you need. How bad is it?" grandma asked. "And what are we looking at, best and worst case senario?" grandpa added. |

the doctor looked at them "worst case could be a cancer, best case brused mussle" the doctor said. "its not good." the doctor went and put caleb through the scans and tests. he came out and the doctor came back up to taylors grandparents. "good news and bad news" the doc said. "good news, its not a cancer, bad news we dont know thats wrong yet. calebs going into a mri scan" |

Taylor Browns - Taylors grandparents let out a big relieved sigh at the good news. "Okay, thats good." grandma said, relieved. "yeah." grandpa agreed. "Okay, just please help him. Taylor would kill us if anything happened to him" grandma said. Meanwhile Taylor was slowly coming back into conciousness. Her eyes opened slowly and saw Nick. Nick? Why was Nick here? She heard beeping nearby and was confused. Where was she? She was hooked up to an IV, a heard monitor and an oxygen tube due to her crappy lungs. "Hey little sis. How ya doing?" Nick asked quietly, smiling at her. "Nick? Where am I? What happened?" she asked. "You're in the hospital. You just ruptured your appendix, but the doctors fixed you up all nice, so your okay now." he explained. Taylor took a moment to let this sink in, but it did make sense. "Is Caleb here?" she asked "It sounds like Caleb isn't doing to well, something about a bad bruise." Nick responded. "Let me see him" Taylor said, worried and tried to move, but it hurt, a lot. "Hey, hey, hey, you have to stay here and rest okay?" Nick said stopping her from moving anymore. "Nick please..." Taylor whimpered and started to cry. She wanted Caleb. "Nick, please, I love him, I need to see him, I need to make sure he's okay." she begged. "Its okay, I'm sure he'll be fine and you'll get to see him soon." Nick reassured her. Taylor gave up trying to move and nodded, her tears already slowing down. "So tell me about this Caleb guy. Whats he like?" Nick asked curiously, trying to calm Taylor down. |

Caleb had multiple mri scans over the next three hours. The doctors found out he was internally bleeding and had a few broken ribs. Caleb would need surgery a major one. The doctors went to me and Mrs hart. "We have bad news and even worse news." The doctor explained. " the bad news is Caleb has a few broken ribs. The worse news is he is also internally bleeding and will need surgery." The doctor waited a minute. "The surgery is high risk with a survival rate of 64%. It will be harder to preform on Caleb due to his broken ribs." The doctor explained "if you don't mind me asking why he didn't get checked out sooner. If he had the surgery wouldn't be so complicated" |

Taylor Browns - Taylors grandparents were in shock. "Shit..." grandma muttered. "Um.. Caleh hides his injuries a lot. We didn't know about it." grandpa answers. "Please, please keep him alive. Taylor needs him." grandma adds. "Is there anyway they could see each other before the surgery?" grandpa asks. - After the doctor left, Taylor grandparents went back into Taylors room, looking glum. "Whats going on?" Taylor asked. The grandparents explained and Taylor started to cry again, trying to get up to get to him. "I need to see him..." she murmured and Nick and the grandparents pinned her down so she couldn't move. "No! Let me go! I need to see him!" she yelled through her sobs. |
