He went and got her meds, setting the bottle beside her as he went and sat before finishing eating. Caden then went to the medicine cabinet and popping two of the pills he was prescribed, them helping.

"No, it's fine." She muttered pushing the bottle away

(yup) Caden's kicked in quickly, easing everything as he quieted.

Rose's head hurt a bit but the ache in her lungs turned to a dull throb

Caden's mind silenced, him as well.

Rose got up and headed up to the bedroom, trying to fall asleep

He could still feel the faint echoes scratching his mind, though they were fainter-atleast, for now they were. Caden went back into his study per usual, the whiskey from earlier and the meds coping everything as he swept it under the bus. He sat at his desk and groaned lightly, running a hand through his hair before going back to his usual schedule: talking to himself, scribbling notes, contemplating life, and about to give up.

Rose went downstairs to Caden, poking her head in as her pain was manageable at the moment. "Hey, love." She said softly, walking in and placing a hand on his shoulder. "What are you working on?" She inquired softly, pecking his cheek
