"Yeah" she nodded as she headed out the school parking lot and down the street a couple blocks away. She pulled into the parking lot near the door to drop Theo off just as she spotted a car she recognized and she rolled her eyes. Of course, with her luck Austin would magically decide to try out for hockey. His parents probably forced him to take up more sports he could potentially get a scholarship in. As much as she hated him she didn't say anything. "Have fun and just text me when your done," she said to him as she was looking up what was nearby so she could pick up dinner since she really didn't have anything else to do.

Theodore Girard - Theo grabbed his hockey stuff out of the backseat of her car. "Okay, see you later," he said with a smile and waved her goodbye before going into the ice rink. He went straight to the locker rooms and changed before going out on the ice. They started with some basic warm-ups, which were extremely easy for Theo. His old coach used to make him to really difficult training activities, but it helped him become a better player, so he couldn't complain. After warm ups Jacob called everyone over and introduced everyone to Theo. There were 27 boys on the team, including himself and Jacob. Alex, Conrad, Toby, Caleb, Eli, Jayden, Thomas, Will, Mike, Jackson, Luke, Tyler, Mason, Tony, Cole, Sam, Nate, Owen, Noah, Chase, Jordan, Cooper, Charlie, Austin, Bailey, Jacob and Theo. After practice Theo quickly changed out of his hockey stuff before walking outside and texting Auni, telling her practice was over.

Auni had decided to grab two chicken sandwiches from a nearby gas station it was less than mediocre but it was still good. It was hot and it was something quick and easy, she eventually drove back to the ice rink and waited in the parking lot. She ate her sandwich and then pulled her notebook out and sketched the landscape of the ice rink with the dim lights around the parking lot. Her phone buzzed and she glanced down to see it was from Theo. Auni: I'm in the parking lot in the back corner near entrance B. she sent the text and waited for him to come out making sure her door was unlocked. She liked parking back by herself because then she didn't have to deal with everyone seeing her and trying to make assumptions. She liked to keep things on the down low.

Theodore Girard - Theo read the text and sent her a thumbs-up in response. Then he walked down the parking lot, following Auni's instructions and eventually finding her car. He threw his things in the trunk before getting in on the passenger side. "Hey," he greeted her.

"How did it go?" She asked as she pulled a bag out of the backseat. "I knew dinner wasn't going to be homemade tonight so I grabbed you a chicken sandwich," she said and offered it to him. She turned her music down as Tounge Tied by GROUPLOVE played quietly. She watched as people left the parking lot and she pulled out to start to go home.

Theodore Girard - Theo took the sandwich with a smile, "Thanks" he said, unwrapping it and taking a bite. "Pretty good," he said. "That guy you warned me about, Austin is on the team. I don't really like him either." he mused. "He's just snobby."

“It’s just a gas station sandwich but Luckys food isn’t terrible,” she said as it’s close and that’s where she usually went for slushies. “Idk why he’s even on the team I don’t think he’s ever even played hockey he was a center for basketball but his parents probably forced him to do another sport to try and get a scholarship or something, he’s a jerk. He’s deceiving too he tries to be some golden boy but behind closed doors when people aren’t around he is terrible. One of those who will build you up just to tear you down. He hates a challenge he gets threatened easily,” she said and was agitated. Even though they only were in a talking stage and hung out a few times it was probably the worst time ever. She knew him fairly well though as he opened up a little to her at first and she could read him pretty well. “He lives right up there down Grande Ave in a big white fancy house he’s the definition on snobby, he throws parties every weekend when his parents are traveling,” she mentioned. She has only attended one once and will never be going back. Kelsey invited her and although the music was decent it was just a bunch of kids doing things they weren’t supposed too. Just about everything wrong happened and Auni wasn’t into it. She left early after Austin spilled a drink all over her and didn’t even apologize or help her clean it up. “I’d be careful he’s the type to do anything to make sure someone isn’t better than him,” she warned. “Tomorrow I’m going to the barn you can meet Rosie the horse I ride if you want…” she put it out there and she knew her mom would force her to at least invite him anyway even though usually that’s her alone time she remembered he mentioned something about horses.

Theodore Girard - Theo ate his sandwich and listened. "Yeah, we he's pretty terrible at hockey," he commented, balling up his trash. "Okay," he agreed. Theo used to ride all the time. He even jumped competitively, but then he ran out of money to do so as he had to drop his more generous and time-consuming jobs to focus on school. Suddenly his phone rang. Theo picked it up and looked at the caller ID. It was Scarlett. "Sorry, it's my sister, it'll just be a moment," he said to Auni and answered the call. "Salut Scarlett...c'était bien, et le tien?... c'est super! Quel est son nom?... Marie, c'est un joli prénom.... comment se sont passés tes cours?....c'est bien....très bien. Je prends des cours d'art, donc c'est sympa.... ouais, je joue toujours au hockey.... Je sais que tu n'aimes pas ça... comment va grand-mère?... c'est bien.... ok, au revoir Scarlett." He spoke in flawless French with his sister and then hung up.
