That one is tricky because it's tough to tell if the parents are Sbsb or SbSb. If the foal is only Sbsb, it doesn't complete the quest

Not sure this is a bug or not but i didnt get rerolls on this account i did on my Irish one but not this one(179044) or 166560 or 233247. I got them on my other two. I even went through to be sure my b-day was right on them.
