Sage lay around for a while before he felt himself slowly drifting off again.

Celeste stayed awake with him.

Sage slept lightly for another few hours before stirring again. This time, he was able to stretch after without too much pain anywhere, which was a good sign.

Celeste smiled. "Feel better?"

Sage hummed tiredly and nodded. "A bit. I think keeping something to eat and drink down helped a lot," he admitted

Celeste nodded, "that's good,"

Sage nodded with a hum. "We might have to invest in more of those jellos," he noted with a chuckle. "They worked really well."

Celeste giggled. "Noted,"

Sage pecked her head lightly with a sort of chuckle. "Just don't let me pig out on those. Don't want to get all flabby on you," he noted with a grin. "I do know how much you like my abs," he added with a teasing wink.

Celeste giggled. "I love your abs," she played along. "Don't worry, I'll hide them. For full moons only," she hummed.
