| My son is a severe head basher... He will literally smash his head against anything he can get at (and as a result of that among other health problems that cropped up lives with 24/7 care now) and as we were trying to figure all this out, every doctor and nurse we encountered treated us like criminals who were mistreating their son. |

| We just didnt want to wait hours for her to be seen because we knew something wasnt right. I hate mom shaming. The doctor even said I did the right thing along with her pediatrician when I did a follow up appointment |

| They were rude about her not having formula (she is 17 months she doesnt get formula anymore). They repeatedly were telling me she needed to drink even though I told them she wouldnt which is why we were there and it came down to one of the nurses saying she wouldnt have let her kid get this bad. Mind you she got sick Monday morning and we took her in Wednesday morning after she started to completely refuse water and food Tuesday evening. She got sick fast and the Doctor was the only one that understood that. Next time we will be going to childrens hospital. |

| It was traumatizing for both of us :( The nurses werent nice either and were mom shaming me because she was so sick. I was not okay with any of it and to top it off they bruised her up pretty good including a finger bruise on the back of her arm. |

| @Ally, IVs hurt so your poor toddler must have been traumatized. =( We took an x-ray of a 5 year old today who had just gotten her IV placed. She was sad. |
