So basically Qualifier shows are held on Tuesdays and if your horse is eligible they will automatically compete. They have to be entered into a Federation, be level 8 or 9 and have at least 20 Fed points.
Then if you do qualify on the 27th your horse with automatically compete

pretty common in my opinion, if you do a mass capture the likelihood is that you'll get a handful of E bravery horses

Per Eve, grey won't show up on foals (I think? I didn't manage to clarify with her) so we need to wait for all these foals to grow up before we'll see grey chimera.
However, there's a thread in the suggestion forum called "grey chimera" with an example grey chimera that Cora posted.
