So i got 10 rerolls for my birthday but i don't use them. Is there a way to sell them at all?

No. If you have them on your account you can't sell them.

May I ask, what are rerolls? How do I use them? I don't see them in my inventory. I'm still learning the ropes of this game.

<font class="mainlineblack">Rerolls change the random appearance of your horse, but not their genetics. On your stable page , next to your stable avatar, you can see the amount of rerolls you own.
Go to one of your horses, click manage horse and it shows the button "reroll horse" IF you own any. Click on it, and the random appearance will change while consuming one reroll.
