Angel,
some things are also easier for me in person (also an ADHD haver) and I really enjoy going to class and school now, I also have a PTSD diagnosis so I just reallyyy needed that stepping stone! It was very intimidating for me to attend classes in person at first

Same, but I do better in person because of my ADHD
I also just really enjoy going to class and school in general. I just wish I didn't have to commute 50+ minutes each way lol

I also started out remote in college, it really helped my confidence to start out that way.

ahh, I'm dropping history next year thankfully, as I'm also not great at it due to not being interested in the subject. I'm also going to have to get an in-person tutor for next year's additional language, which is like my worst fear lol

I took my first few semesters in college online, it wasn't bad until I got to the history classes (my worst subject) then I had to take those in person and I had to switch to fully in person for the higher level classes and the labs

Good, I had a horrible professor the first time and had to drop it because I had like a 50 and was not even halfway through the semester. When I retook it the professor was amazing and I think I got an A

I have recently read an article that kind of doubts flexion tests in pre purchase vet exams.

Thanks to Dr. David Ramey for the info! here’s a link to the original article: https://www.doctorramey.com/flex-test/“

Thoughts?

Mod Edit: Just the link is fine. ;)

I've seen this article and I do agree. Flexions are super subjective- one vet could flex harder than another, the horse could flex sound but have a leg full of chips, etc. etc. A lot of people do use them as a basis for soundness though, but I think this is a practice that is going to fade away as time goes on.

I think that an x Ray is far more honest(couldnÂ’t find the right word) than a flexion test. The flexion test seems so, not really abusive, but kind of abusive. YouÂ’re showing a horse that isnÂ’t lame, as lame. Or a horse that is lame, as fine.
