There was a petition to allow to mark horses (like activate something) so that this horse is "locked" and cannot be sold, FR or put up for breeding. You have to unlock, do what you want, and can re-lock to be safe this horse doesn't get into the mix when you mass-FR, mass-sell or something.

So I was trying to move my Unrated FR foals to my Free Range pasture to make thing more neat. But everytime I tried to move the Â‘UnratedÂ’ Horses to the Pasture it never moved them, it only moved a random amount of my rated foals. I Retried several times and got the same result.

Did you get any text at the top of your page - like

"the pasture is full" maybe?

Because you wanted to move more horses than you had free space there?
