I have 3 fetch quests and have the items, but when I go to the quest page it is not triggering the item swp to complete the quest. It is happening on both the mobile and desktop version.

EDIT This is for the Fetch detergent and Fetch super detergent quests. The quest master is taking the items out of my inventory when I visit her page but not completing the quest or awarding the rewards. My Fetch Dun Horse Token quest worked normally this morning.
